The shoes were fine, nothing really wrong with them, but the refund process was 100% more annoying than it needed to be. I sent the return back and then basically waited forever with barely any updates. Customer service did answer eventually, but it was slow enough that I had to chase them myself. I did get my money back in the end, but I can say with complete confidence this was not a smooth experience

I really wanted to like these because they look decent, but wow, my feet started hurting quickly. There’s basically no arch support at all, and they’re just not comfortable for walking. Definitely frustrating if you need something you can wear for more than a few minutes.
